Due to the unique, handmade, and often made-to-order nature of our artwork and crochet pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please read all product descriptions, sizing details (for wearable crochet items), and materials carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
If your artwork or crochet item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the original packaging
- Your order number
- Your full name
If the damage is verified, a replacement may be offered (if available), or store credit may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Crochet Wearables & Care
Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of crochet wearables (such as hats, bags, or garments), these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please follow all provided care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SimrenaSimone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service directly.
